We begin with an intimate conversation — your story, your vision, the occasion. Over tea or over the phone, we listen before we draw.
1–2 SessionsDesign Sketch
Our artisans translate your vision into hand-drawn sketches and 3D renders. Every proportion, every gemstone placement, reviewed together.
5–7 DaysCrafting
Skilled goldsmiths shape precious metals by hand. Gemstones are ethically sourced and set with millimetre precision in our Dubai atelier.
3–6 WeeksDelivery
Your piece arrives in our signature box — with a certificate of authenticity, a care guide, and the story of how it came to be.

About Us
Born Between

Maison Joëlle was founded in 2018 by Joëlle Mansour — a Beirut-born, Paris-trained goldsmith who fell in love with Dubai's ambition and its clients' stories.
After a decade crafting haute joaillerie for Parisian maisons, Joëlle opened her atelier in DIFC with a singular conviction: jewelry should be as personal as a letter, as enduring as a memory.
Every commission begins with a conversation. We learn about the person, the occasion, the emotion behind the request — then our goldsmiths bring it to life in 18k gold, platinum, and hand-selected gemstones.
